In order to save some time during your first visit, please complete our new patient paperwork prior to your consultation.
You may print it out or submit it online (contact our office for your individual pin number).
WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon entering our office, you will be welcomed as a member of our family.
You will have a consultation with Dr. Makenna to gather information regarding your health history and any health-related concerns you may have.
With consent, Dr. Makenna will then perform an examination and scan of your spine.
If warranted, we do have the ability to take X-ray imaging of your spine and will always give you our best recommendation regarding imaging for your specific condition.
Dr. Makenna will use all information collected in the first visit to create an individualized care plan which will be presented during your second visit.
Dr. Makenna will reassess your progress throughout your care to ensure your system is responding properly!
